Brownie Brittle, Candy & Ice Cream

I’ve made a few delicious discoveries over the past few weeks, some of which I am super excited for!

The first is Brownie Brittle.

 

Is it a brownie? Is it a cookie?

 

Whatever it is, it comes in multiple flavours and is the most delicious thing I’ve ever had.

 

They’re all amazing, but I think Toffee Crunch is the best.

 

Another new favourite is Sugarfina. I had their candy for the first time at work a few months ago, so when Cobi came home one day with a Sugarfina box I was so excited!

 

He’d picked up a selection of Caramels, with Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, Pumpkin Pie, Mint Chip and more. My favourite was definitely the English Toffee (I’m all about that toffee), but they were all pretty amazing.

 

Later that week Cobi and I were wandering around the city when we passed a Sugarfina store!

 

Paradise.

 

They had all types of candies, chocolate and gummies.

 

It’s a really cute store, but the candy is pretty pricey. Better for Cobi to buy it for me than for me to buy it for myself 😉

 

I didn’t leave empty-handed, I bought some Peach Bellini Gummies, Cake Batter Caramels and Champagne Gummy Bears. All fantastic.

 

Because Cobi is the best (and a bit of an enabler) he bought me a Cookies & Cream Rice Krispie Square when he went into a corner store to grab some mid-walk water for Jobin.

 

It was as delicious as it was giant.

Jobin was not impressed that all she got was water.

 

Another thing Cobi and I have recently come across is the Sundance Kabuki movie theatre. All movie theatres are great, but movie theatres that serve boozy milkshakes are the greatest!

 

I’ve been eating my way through Ice Cream while I’ve been here, trying all different brands and flavours. My new favourite might just be Talenti Caramel Cookie Crush gelato. Talenti has a bunch of other flavours that I’m really excited to try too.

 

Also, any restaurant that has jars of candy while you wait for your table is alright by me…

 

My final (and by far the favourite of all the favourites) sweet discovery is Candy Club.

 

A coworker sent me a link to the Candy Club website and within 5 minutes I had signed up for a year’s subscription… Thanks a lot Emma!

 

I was so excited when my first box came!!

 

Sour Jelly Beans, Sour Wild Cherry Belts, Red Licorice Scotty Dogs and Cotton Candy Taffy.

I cannot wait til the next delivery.

And I’m looking forward to even more sweet discoveries to come 🙂
